  • Journal one new positive experience in the last 24 hours – this allows your brain to re-live it.
  • Exercise teaches your brain that your behaviour matters
  • Meditation allows you to overcome the pressures of multi-tasking and cultural ADHD to focus on the task at hand
  • Random Acts of Kindness such as praising or thanking someone trains your brain, just like your body, and creates ripples of much-needed positivity.
