Living in the Fast Lane

Life on this addictive planet can be frustrating!  I was enjoying fantastic health, peace, tranquility, and a comfortable body weight, but then summer came and with it, an amazing assortment of fresh organic fruits and vegetables.

Science suggests you eat approximately one piece of fruit (e.g. one apple) in the morning, to get sufficient sugar for your brain and body to function optimally.  After that, additional fruit may pack pounds onto your mid-section.

That’s exactly what happened to me.  Summer proved to be too tempting.  The additional fruit converted into body fat.  So, for peace of mind, to lighten-up mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, I’m starting a 21 day water fast.

Water fasting has become my go-to solution to manage my mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health.  Water fasting plus daily Ascended Master Yoga.

My diet throughout the winter consists of Berries in a Green Shake for Breakfast, a Lunch and Dinner of Greens (Kale, Spinach, Broccoli), a variety of other colourful vegetables, a variety of Legumes, 2 Tablespoons of ground Flax Seed per day, one handful of mixed Nuts per week, Vitamin B12 plus tons of Water with some Ginger or Peppermint Tea.

One of the amazing benefits of being a deep trance channel is that I channel twenty Ascended Masters who move me into Yoga poses for an hour or so each day.  Every day is different and it’s all customized, for both me and my clients.  It’s quite miraculous really.

I shall be eternally grateful to the Masters.  They are kind, loving, and incredibly cheerful!  Early on, when the Yoga first started, they put me through hours and hours of movements.  One day was 10 hours and 40 minutes of Yoga without a break.

When I’d be dragging my feet, wondering when the Yoga was going to end, I’d hear their upbeat voices chime-in saying, “Elizabeth!  It is for endurance!  Keep going!”  That was the push I needed.  They’re sooooooooo incredibly cheerful!  It makes me laugh, and keeps me going.

Today, I am making an extra large supply of date/nut treats so I don’t have to deal with sweets for a while.  They’ll go in the freezer and will stay there ready for guests.  Armed with packages of electrolytes, I’ll be living life in the fast lane, as another 21 day water fast begins.

Wishing you health, happiness and peace!  Note to self, “No matter what, keep going!”
