How to Attract Love

By now, most people have learned about the law of attraction.  To attract love, you must give off the vibration of love, but how do you do this?  Like attracts like!  People who love themselves send out positive and loving signals to all around them.  They tend to attract loving partners who also love themselves.  In contrast, people who don’t love themselves can send out negative signals that attract a partner who lacks self-love.  The problem becomes worse if both partners are filled with self-loathing. When you don’t love yourself, your language, posture and overall body language tells the world that you’re not worthy, not loveable or perhaps not available.  Consequently, the door to a great relationship may be shut.  Instead of attracting love, you may unconsciously send out signals that attract a partner with low self-esteem, a victim mentality, or someone with abusive tendencies.

You might ask, “Why don’t I love myself?”  It is between the ages of zero to nine that children tend to pick-up signals that they’re loved or not.  Though parents may have the best of intentions, children can easily receive messages that they’re not deserving of love, aren’t loveable or are just downright bad because they’re like sponges.  Up to age nine, children absorb negative messages without question.  They develop the ability to think critically at age ten.  However, by that time, the damage has already been done and those negative suggestions are planted deep in the subconscious mind.

When negative self-perceptions are deeply embedded in your subconscious mind, as an adult, you can be totally unaware of your negative programming. Negative self-perception can replay over and over again, like a broken record and result in all kinds of self-sabotaging and destructive thoughts, language and behaviours.  Until you take steps to become fully conscious and change what’s happening in your subconscious mind, your subconscious mind may be creating chaos in your life.

If you notice any recurring self-sabotaging thoughts, language or habits, chances are very good that your subconscious is impacting your life in undesirable ways.  Happily, there are many ways you can change.  My favourite way is hypnosis because it targets the subconscious mind directly.   Hypnosos can help you to change what’s written in your subconscious mind plus save you years on the couch in psychotherapy.
