Rewire Yourself for Happiness

"Happiness is not something ready made.  It comes from your own actions."  Dalai Lama It's not always easy to feel good inside.  However, having wrestled with depression and anxiety as a child, I've come to agree with those who believe that happiness is a choice.  That being said, it can still take effort to find your way back to the sunny side.  It's important to work towards happiness because how we feel impacts everyone around us.  As Dr. Sharon Forrest said, "When one hurts, we all hurt."
